Hibiscus House Located at 36 Glen Eagles Drive, Mt. Irvine, Tobago.

• House Safety Alarm: Access code will be provided by the villa’s host, Ms. Cynthia Lalla.
• Fire Extinguishers: Located on property for emergency use.
• Smoke Detector: Installed in the kitchen for your safety.

• Check-in time: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: by 11:00 AM

If you require a late check-out, please contact us via the contact information provided. However, please be informed that we may not be able to grant your request if we have same-day check-in.

Parking is available in front of the building along the driveway.

Kindly read our house rules carefully and adhere during your stay.

1. No parties or events are allowed unless authorized by the Owners upon request.

2. Absolutely NO smoking allowed inside the house.

3. NO pets are allowed.

4. No unregistered / additional guests are allowed for overnight stay upon confirmed bookings.

5. No eating or drinking inside the bedrooms.

6. Please turn off AC when leaving the house.

7. Please DO NOT re-arrange the furniture.

8. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times, especially around the pool area.

9. Please take out trash and place in the bins provided.

10. Please take extra care of the Hibiscus House keys. Lost keys incur a replacement cost of

TT$200.00

11. Please take care of the furnishings. Damages to furnishings will be at your cost for Hibiscus

House replacement / reimbursement.

12. No personnel to enter / unlock restricted areas.

13. Pool, bath towels and beddings belongs to Hibiscus House and ONLY to be used during your

stay. Missing towels / beddings will be charged to the guests for reimbursement.

The use of the pool is at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. The minimum pool depth is 6ft and the maximum depth is 12ft.

We urge you to pay close attention to our pool rules that is meant for your safety and enjoyment.

• No glass bottles or glass items allowed in the pool area.
• No eating or drinking in the pool.
• No diving.
• No horseplay in or around the pool.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times — no lifeguard on duty.
• No smoking in or around the pool.
• No urinating in the pool.
• Please use the outdoor washroom provided.

• Air Conditioning:
  You can adjust the temperature at any time using the remote controls provided. Bedroom A/C remotes are located on the bedroom walls. Please turn off the A/C when leaving the house.
• Dishwasher:
  Please ensure the dishwasher is full before turning it on. Dishwasher liquid will be provided upon check-in.
• Stove & Oven:
  The stove has a safety switch located above the microwave. Please ensure it is turned on before use.

• Cleanliness: Daily tidiness of the villa is expected during your stay. Guests are asked not to leave the villa in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. Additional cleaning charges may apply if required.
• Damage: Guests must report any damages to the host immediately or as soon as possible. After review, the guest will be informed of the cost for repair or replacement of damaged or missing items, which must be paid by the guest.

Cleaning services are available upon guests request ONLY. A fee of USD 25.00 per day is applicable for this service which is inclusive of the following:

• Tidying of rooms and beddings (with change of bed linens)
• Sweeping
• Mopping

• Check-out Time: All guests MUST check out by 11:00 AM.
• General Tidiness:
  • Please tidy the villa before checking out.
  • Return any moved items to their original positions.
  • Empty the refrigerator and dispose of any leftover food.
  • Wash and pack away all dishes before leaving.
• Turning Off Items:
  • Ensure all appliances are turned off (A/C, stove & oven safety switch, fans, lights).
• Trash Disposal:
  • Place garbage in the bin at the front gate.
  • Ensure all garbage bags are tied and secured.
• Securing the Villa:
  • Ensure all windows and doors are closed and secured before departure.
• Final Walkthrough:
  • Check all rooms to ensure personal belongings are not left behind.
  • Confirm all checkout instructions have been completed.
• Returning Keys:
  • Please hand over all keys to the host before leaving.
